Sherron “Nikki” Shaw Buchanan, a native of Richmond, VA, is a graduate of Radford University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. She later received her Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling with dual specializations in mental health and substance abuse from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Nikki has over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages affected by mental health, substance use disorders and behavioral health issues. She has served as Clinical Director, Director of Outpatient Services and Program Development Director for various community based programs. She has nine years of post-licensure experience serving diverse populations with mental health, intellectual disabilities, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders to include individual, group and crisis counseling services. For the last eight years, she has provided clinical supervision for LPC & CSAC residents seeking licensure and certification through the VA Board of Health Professions. Nikki utilizes an empowering, participatory management style that encourages accountability, teamwork and continuous growth of professional skills.
NiKia Bailey, Licensed Professional Counselor serves as a Clinical Supervisor. Mrs. Bailey has an extensive background in the field of human services. For over 9 years, she has held multiple positions allowing her to utilize her skills and work with a population that she is passionate about. Mrs. Bailey has experience working with disadvantaged children as well as adults with mental, physical, and emotional impairments. Mrs. Bailey has several years of experience in a supervisory role for community based programs and is desirous of developing programs for youth and families in rural communities. Mrs. Bailey received her B.S in Psychology from Virginia State University and a M.ED in Counselor Education (Community Counseling) also from VSU.

Ke'Mon Bailey has an extensive background in the field of human services. With over 9 years, Mr. Bailey has held several positions in the human service field such as direct care provider, administrative supervisor, director, and clinician throughout his career, adding versatility to his professional profile. Mr. Bailey has experience working with disadvantaged children as well as adults with mental, physical, and emotional deficits. In addition, Mr. Bailey, is currently seeking licensure in his residency to become a LPC (Resident in Counseling) holds a B.A in Psychology from University of Massachusetts and received his M.Ed from Virginia State University,Counselor Education concentration.
